The Internal HR Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals and enhance employee engagement. This role focuses on ensuring consistent, clear, and effective communication within the organization, promoting HR initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will manage the SharePoint homepage (intranet), outline key messages such as Goals, Values, and Initiatives, and establish regular leadership communication routines. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support organizational change, drive internal campaigns, and maintain alignment with the company’s mission and values.
