Overview: Repair vehicles in an efficient and ethical manner under the supervision of a Flat-Rate Technician and/or Shop Foreman. Responsibilities: 1.Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs. 2.Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements. 3.Learn how to utilize computer to remain up to date on manufacturer recalls and/or technical data. 4.Complete training required set by the manager. 5. Maintain a clean and neat work area. Perform daily inspections of your work area. 6. Stay compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations Qualifications: 1.Valid drivers license. 2.High School Diploma. 3. 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred. 4.Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset. 5.Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement. 6.Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening. 7.Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
