Overview: Handle customers throughout the entire parts experience with their satisfaction as the number one priority Responsibilities: * Productivity: Meet all production metrics as prescribed by Management. * Customer Satisfaction: Be a Hoffman Ambassador with a positive forward-thinking attitude with all customers and team members in mind. Meet manufacture standards. * Technology: Utilize all tools provided to perform daily duties effectively. * Knowledge: Achieve and maintain certification for Hoffman and manufacturer required trainings. Qualifications: * High School Diploma * 1-2 years' experience in a dealership environment or automotive equivalent required * 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred * Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset * Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement * Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening. * Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
