What you'll be doing:

* Provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility

* Ensuring the patients receive optimal care, by assessing, planning, implementing, reevaluating and revising care and coordinating resources. 

* Update and maintain patient records

* Implement orders for medications and treatments

* Perform resident assessments

* Supervise certified staff

* Demonstrate excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

* Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Current unencumbered state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
* Current CPR certification
* One year of skilled nursing experience preferred
