				Overview:

Fair-Rite Products Corp. is a manufacturing company that has been in business since 1952. We manufacture ferrite cores for the electronic industry. We have locations in New York, Illinois and China.

We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for an AREA SALES MANAGER.  This individual will work closely with our Inside Sales Team and our Product Marketing Team to increase sales revenue within a defined territory.

Responsibilities:

The AREA SALES MANAGER will develop and execute sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth. Responsibilities will include increasing market share, positioning the Company as a strategic supplier within a defined territory and promoting a full range of products and services.

This will be accomplished by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating and delivering sales presentation, creating sales proposal, negotiating and ultimately "closing" the deal.

The AREA SALES MANAGER must provide accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue.

Must be able and willing to travel a minimum of 50%.

Qualifications:

BA or BS or Equivalent related experience.

10+ years of proven experience in Sales.

Strong working knowledge of the semiconductor industry preferred.

Solid technical sales experience required.

Must be able to show an established record of accomplishments selling high tech product solutions.

Ability and familiarity with working from a virtual office preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiating and closing skills.

Proven experience with developing and delivering sales presentations.

Bi-lingual a plus, Multi-lingual a huge plus.
