Job Purpose:  

Our customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.  A CSR is in the center of our critical relationships with our clients, our technical team and our operations teams.  Our goal is to provide excellent service and support to Zumtobel Lighting Agents and Regional Sales Managers in accordance with the company vision.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* To manage major lighting projects from a quote to order entry to post sales for agents as assigned.
* To answer customer's questions quickly and efficiently with the most helpful and potent information possible.
* Interact with various internal departments to obtain information and paperwork to meet or exceed customer requirements.
* Respond in a positive, helpful, and professional manner to customer requests via phone or email.
* Be a team player and respond in a positive, cooperative, and profession manner to internal departments.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

* Cover the accounts of fellow team members as needed.
* Coordinate and meet with other departments to solve customer issues.


Education & Work Experience:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* College degree preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and data entry required.
* Microsoft office proficient required.
* Experience using a Windows based ERP system.
* Knowledge of Lighting and the Lighting industry a plus 5+ years of Sales/Customer Service experience is a plus.
