We are seeking to fill a Full Time Administrative Assistant/Customer service position with someone who has excellent customer service skills!
To be considered for this position, you must be able to handle heavy call volume. The position requires placing phone calls to our existing customers and taking their weekly orders. This is a fast paced office - you must be able to maintain a professional and friendly manner at all times. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, problem solver and is willing to take on responsibility.

This is a full time position; hours vary but are generally Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM with overtime, rotating Sundays, 2PM-6PM or can arrange a Sunday- Thursday schedule. Benefits include sick time, vacation time and employer contributed health insurance.


Job duties will consist of primarily answering the telephone, taking orders, data entry, filing, etc. The ideal candidate must be comfortable building phone relationships with customers, able to multitask, well organized, reliable, team-oriented and able to work well with a diverse team of co-workers. An easygoing, mature personality with excellent communication skills is essential!


Must be familiar with Microsoft programs, especially Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred, but will train the right person. Experience working in customer service and in an office setting 2+ years is REQUIRED, experience in book keeping, HR or food industry is a plus. This is not an entry-level position, only candidates with experience will be considered.
