Hayward Holdings Inc. The Zone Sales Manager leads a dynamic team and builds strong customer relationships across the Southeast, driving growth and supporting our mission to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. This role combines team leadership with direct engagement in the field to expand partnerships with distributors, dealers, builders, OEMs, and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, coach, and support a remote team of District Sales Managers (DSMs) across the zone. Focus on fostering an inclusive environment, enabling each team member to bring their strengths and contribute to our shared success.
* Direct Sales Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key accounts within your territory, actively promoting our products and solutions to both existing and new customers.
* Sales Insights and Strategy: Leverage Salesforce and other tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, and empower our dealers and distributors to achieve their goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Design and refine processes to create a high-performing, customer-centric sales team. Share feedback and best practices to encourage growth.
* Talent Management: Promote diverse hiring, comprehensive training, and career development to build an engaged and effective team. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate career pathing.
* Sales Training and Knowledge Sharing: Ensure team members are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge across customer service, technical support, engineering, and other departments to deliver seamless solutions to customers.
* Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to build brand presence, introduce key customers to our product and marketing teams, and network with industry professionals.
* Account Management: Maintain detailed records of key accounts and contacts within Salesforce to ensure continuity and growth.
* Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on progress, share territory insights, and manage expense reports to support strategic planning and budgeting.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: B.A./B.S. in Business or related field preferred, with 7+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally within wholesale channels and dealer networks.

* Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
