Registered Nurse Wound Care
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Department: WHC (Wound Clinic)
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Travel to all three locations: Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and Thomasville.

Responsibilities:
* Assess, stage, and document wounds
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Perform wound treatments (cleansing, debridement, dressing)
* Monitor healing progress and adjust care as needed
* Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
* Collaborate with providers and care teams
* Ensure infection control compliance
* Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications:
* Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
* Experience: 2 years, required.
* Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred.
* Additional Skills (required):
* Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision.
* Additional Skills (preferred):
* Wound certification.
* Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques.
