				Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Workspace ONE/AirWatch Engineer to assist a federal customer to transition to a modern management support model for Windows end-user devices. This position will be located in Sterling, Virginia and will be a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

Seeking a highly motivated, Workspace ONE/AirWatch Senior Engineer to assist a federal customer to transition to a modern management support model for Windows end-user devices. The candidate will design, plan, implement, and deploy all components and configurations necessary to enroll and manage Windows devices in a Workspace ONE/AirWatch platform and work with support groups to revise their processes, service requests, and procedures. The candidate will work with closely with their team and external stakeholders following an established Agile deployment approach. The candidate will develop all required technical documentation including, but not limited to system architecture diagrams, design documents, implementation plans, and system administrator guides. The candidate must possess excellent oral and writing skills and be an effective communicator within a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

* Design and deploy of Workspace ONE/AirWatch configuration to support 20K Windows 10/11 devices of varying make and models.
* Migrate Active Directory group policy objects and SCCM applications to Workspace ONE.
* Develop and design an application catalog for self-service application installs.
* Apply DISA STIGs and other security policy through Workspace ONE profiles, applications, packages, scripts and other methods.
* Configure Azure Active Directory to support user authentication and device enrollment.
* Configure Workspace ONE/AirWatch to support Windows device enrollment, reset and retirement use cases.

Qualifications:

* High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience) to include:
* Experience with iOS device enrollment using Apple Business Manager and management using Workspace ONE
* Knowledge of Active Directory including DHCP, DNS, and GPO
* Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager and Windows 10/11
* Experience analyzing, implementing and testing DISA STIG configuration settings for hardware and software and maintaining security 
baselines
* Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS
* Understanding of IT Service Management processes for supporting an enterprise of 16,000 users globally
* Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
* Secret clearance with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability
