Overview:
The Workforce Solutions Analyst compiles and analyzes Human Resources data, metrics, and system performance to inform improvements to recruitment, retention, workforce operations, and HR compliance. This role supports the implementation and optimization of enterprise HR technologies, contributes to merger and acquisition integration across HR systems, and plays a key role in daily operations of the HR Technology Application Support team.
For this opening, the Workforce Solutions Analyst will have a primary focus on supporting and optimizing Infor Workforce Management (WFM)-including timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, configuration support, and workforce operational analytics. Success requires strong consultative skills, excellent critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating visible momentum and follow-through.
