Overview: Blooming Grove Stair Company is seeking a trimmed wood carpenter to join our team who has experience using hand tools as well as power tools. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail who has the ability to work clean and efficiently. Job Type: Full-time Location: Monroe, NYSalary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year Benefits: * 401(k) with 3% match * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift Responsibilities: Duties: - On site installation of wood stairs and wood railings - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area - Provide exceptional customer service during installations - Document installation processes and maintain accurate records Qualifications: Skills: - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
