Overview:
The Wellness Retreats Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the growth of our wellness retreat offerings. This role requires a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
* Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
* Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
* Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
* Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
* Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.
* Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
* Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags.
* Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
* Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
* Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
* Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
* Perform other duties as requested by management.
Duties & Functions
* Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our wellness retreats.
* Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Director of Sales.
* Client Relationship Management:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
* Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about our retreats, and close sales.
* Marketing & Promotion:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of our wellness retreats.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings.
* Product Knowledge & Training:
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
* Train and mentor junior sales team members on best practices and product knowledge.
* Administrative Duties:
* Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of retreat experiences to clients.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wellness, travel, or hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of wellness concepts and holistic health practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state.
