				Overview:

Experience the power of physical therapy!  Our physical therapy center is now hiring a compassionate and driven licensed Full Time Wellness Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care experiences. The wellness coordinator manages all onsite screening, group education & individual coaching services for assigned wellness contracts while maintaining a supportive relationship with the client. Inventory control, client activity reporting and problems or concerns will be communicated to the Director of Wellness at the end of each workday or week. They also oversee most aspects of their assigned contracts to reasonably grow business through increased participation and assure ongoing business. We operate primarily as Select Physical Therapy, NovaCare Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy Associates, KORT, and Saco Bay Physical Therapy.  Together, these brands comprise a national network of more than 1,600 centers in 37 states and the District of Columbia. The centers offer a wide range of general physical therapy services such as hand therapy, sports medicine and work injury prevention and management. Throughout the country, we also provide physical therapy and athletic training services to professional sports teams, colleges, universities and high schools and serve as the exclusive physical rehabilitation provider to several major U.S. corporations.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

* Institutes and monitors compliance with all company and Wellness policies and procedures.
* Communication with, Scheduling of, and Follow up with clients.
* Assures medical compliance in all areas (clients).
* Manages client company's and its employee's records, documentation and information in an appropriate, reasonable and legal manner related to privacy, HIPAA, and regulatory rules.
* Maintains and updates client information including key contacts, billing information, and special instructions.
* Manages billing process for each Wellness account. Works with Market Manager to correct any inaccuracies. 
* Oversees On-Site Testing; ensures safe environment for clients.
* Assists Market Manager with new client orientation. 
* Responsible for assessment, resolution and follow-up on all complaints related to their Wellness accounts.
* Maintains good working relationship with all clients.
* Completes ongoing employee performance reviews; completes annual/anniversary performance appraisals.
* Maintains appropriate inventory of supplies.
* Responsible for timely reporting to Market Manager of accounts for billing review, scheduling updates, required client follow-up and potential added value services.
* Responsible for onsite coaching to improve quality of life for participating employees in wellness programs.
* Responsible for creating and carrying out group activities to increase participation throughout the year for wellness accounts.
* Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

 Required Credentials: 

* Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or similar curriculum. 
* Advanced credentials such as NASM or NSCA certifications preferred. 
* Minimum of two years administrative experience in a health care setting preferred.
