Qualifications:

Essential Job Duties:

* Deliver hands-on, industry-aligned welding instruction that prepares students for real-world careers
* Design and implement structured lessons while adapting to diverse learning styles
* Track, evaluate, and document student progress, skill attainment, and attendance
* Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability to help students develop both technical skills and professional behaviors
* Reinforce workplace expectations by teaching employability skills such as communication, reliability, and teamwork
* Maintain a safe, compliant training environment by enforcing safety standards, proper equipment use, and PPE protocols
* Serve as a positive role model - promoting structure, consistency, and a culture of respect
