Responsibilities:

* Provide daily personal care to residents 
* Change bed lines and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms 
* Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices 
* Record vital signs and other information as assigned 
* Observe residents and report any changes in condition 

Qualifications:

* Current Nursing Assistant certification from state 
* Current/active CPR certification preferred
