Overview:
This full-time, hybrid career opportunity may sit at any Fulton Bank location in MD.
Region will include Baltimore/DC markets.
The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a relationship manager, advisor, and consultant for complex core wealth and high net worth household relationships. This incumbent is the primary point of contact for these clients and is responsible for coordinating a team of product and service experts to assist with recommending and delivering financial solutions in order to attract, retain and grow these important relationships. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new high net worth households,expanding and retaining existing relationships and is expected to develop external networks and relationships critical to the high net worth business. This is a strong sales and goal-oriented position that requires the incumbent to function independently with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve annual sales production and portfolio growth goals with focus on the development of existing and new core wealth and high net worth clients. Grow core wealth and high net worth business through deposits, credit, mortgages and investment products, measured by the growth of core wealth and high net worth household deposit and loan portfolio balances, residential mortgage originations, and investment balances and fee income.
* Lead the delivery of a consistent and integrated client experience for the core wealth and high net worth segment households through superior execution against corporate value propositions. Coordinate the overall relationship management and delivery of products and services with product partners for assigned core wealth and high net worth segment households while ensuring a positive customer experience, and develop, document, communicate and execute a core wealth and high net worth household sales and service plan.
* Develop external referral networks and centers of influence in an effort to source new core wealth and high net worth client household opportunities. When applicable, source and refer Fulton Financial Advisors institutional, wealth, and fiduciary business. Develop strong working relationships with bank and partner leadership, and sales team members. Participate in community and business organizations and events to enhance the reputation and image of the Fulton Brand.
* Maintain developed external referral networks and centers of influence in an effort to source new core wealth and high net worth client household opportunities, and source and refer Fulton Financial Advisors institutional, wealth, and fiduciary business when applicable. Develop strong working relationships with bank and partner leadership and sales team members, and participate in community and business organizations and events to enhance the reputation and image of the Fulton brand.
* Partner with team members and internal departments to ensure compliance with all related company policies and procedures, audit requirements, risk management, and government regulations. Manage client communications, account reviews and inquiries seeking assistance from the appropriate corporate partner, department or level based on ownership and authority. Maintain appropriate client fiduciary responsibilities and confidentiality, and avoid conflicts as defined by the Fulton Financial Corporation Code of Conduct. Assist with completion of account and client reports as assigned.
* Engage in continuing education focused on developing concepts critical to high net worth clients, such as high-end Sales and Relationship development, Estate, Tax and Retirement Planning, Insurance and Risk management and other similar concepts.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Finance, Economics or other applicable. (Required)
Experience
5 or more years investment or brokerage sales experience required, preferably with the affluent or wealth market segments. (Required)
7 or more years banking or financial services with bank credit and mortgage credit products and processes. (Preferred)
Certifications
Series 6, 66, or 7 life insurance licenses. (Preferred)
CFP, CFA or CPWA. (Preferred)
