Overview: Lamothermic is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. Machine operators will be responsible for operating equipment used in the casting process and maintaining a safe and organized work enviorment. * Good Attendance Bonus - Earn up to an extra 50 hours/year! * 8 paid holidays per year * 2 weeks paid vacation after one year * Medical/dental packages - 1 employer sponsored pkg at 75% savings * 401k program after one year employment * Prescription safety eyewear paid by company * Reimbursement for steel toe shoes. Wage Description: $17/hr. Responsibilities: Wax Department - 2 Job Openings * Operating wax injection molding machines * Cleaning wax parts * Assembling wax parts to wax trees * Cross training in other departments * Assemble wax runners Qualifications: * Knowledge of wax injection or finishing processes and equipment, not a must. We will provide onsite training. * Attention to detail and quality standards. * Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
