Overview:
Colliers Engineering & Design is currently seeking a Waterway Structures Project Manager, or higher level, to join our growing Water discipline in New York! Candidates may be located anywhere in New York state.

Responsibilities:
* Manage resources, schedules, financials, management issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
* Ensure the success of the projects under his/her management.
* Handle all aspects for a project.
* Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of CED.
* Plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff.
* Monitor project costs to ensure that project is delivered within budget, fulfills customer expectations, maintains profitability, and/or aligns with the company strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Civil, Hydraulic/Hydrologic, and/or Water Resources Engineering is required; Master's Degree or PPM Certification is preferred.
* 8+ years' experience managing task orders for Flood Risk Management, Ecosystem and Coastal Restoration, Dam Safety and/or Waterway Structures projects.
* 8+ years' experience working on USACE and/or SFWMD projects and contracts.
* Prior business development experience is required.
* PE license is highly preferred.
* Coastal and/or island engineering experience is a plus.
* Ability to lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients.
* Proven ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals.
* Proven ability to identify, pursue, and win work from existing and new clients.
* Ability to work remotely with team members in other offices.
* Familiarity with construction engineering services and alternative delivery procurement methods.
* Previous mentoring and coaching experience.
* Some travel may be required for this position.
* Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Compensation: $103,000 to $160,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
