Overview: Location: 6135 Anderson Mill Rd,Moore,South Carolina,29369 Shift & Schedule:Full-Time | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule * Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday * Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, ThursdayFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required. Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our highly automated distribution team. In this hands-on role, you'll contribute to the performance and efficiency of our warehouse operations while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards. You'll play a key role in supporting our TPM-based environment and working within a High Performing Team (HPT) model. * Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to 6S standards and participating in safety observations and training * Pick, transport, and load customer orders while meeting KDP and customer specifications * Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other automated warehouse equipment efficiently and safely * Monitor schedules and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery * Support warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and raw material handling * Troubleshoot and resolve warehousing issues to maintain peak performance * Execute standard work for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment * Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities * Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams on process improvements * Engage in team performance meetings and help identify trends or areas for improvement * Demonstrate effective teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: * Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated production environment * Strong understanding of warehouse systems and execution processes * Mathematical aptitude and analytical skills * Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP (preferred) * Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently * Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs frequently without assistance * Comfortable standing and working on the distribution center floor for extended periods Qualifications: Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
