Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will run supply chain operations and directly impact production, quality, and team performance. You'll lead a frontline team, solve real-time challenges, and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. What You'll Do:
* Lead day-to-day operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals
* Coach, train, and develop team members while building a strong, accountable team culture
* Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years of related manufacturing or production experience
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Preferred:
* 3+ years supply chain experience
* Experience with System 21 ERP software
* Background in the spirits, food & beverage, or other regulated manufacturing industries
