Job Summary:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations while actively supporting hands-on execution to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role oversees a team of warehouse staff and sets the standard for leadership communication, accountability, and operational excellence. The Warehouse Manager drives inventory accuracy, order fulfillment performance, and cross-functional coordination while remaining actively engaged in warehouse activities as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse planners, pickers, and material handlers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and cross-functional partners to align priorities, address challenges, and drive results.
* Set expectations for performance, safety, and quality while providing direct feedback and hands-on guidance in daily operations.
* Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, and material handling activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system, ensuring proper tracking, reconciliation, and material flow.
* Actively support warehouse operations during peak periods or staffing gaps, operating equipment and assisting with material movement as needed.
* Operate and enforce the safe use of stand-up and sit-down forklifts in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent shortages or delays.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, space utilization, productivity, and accuracy.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
* Protect company assets, equipment, and materials through proper handling and oversight.
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate operational updates, safety reminders, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or signage environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead through strong communication, visibility, and hands-on engagement.
* Experience supervising warehouse teams and driving performance improvement.
* Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory management.
* Forklift Certification required (stand-up and sit-down).
* Strong understanding of inventory control processes and warehouse best practices.
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually - A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.
