Responsibilities: The Warehouse Team Lead monitors work flow in assigned zones to ensure timely, accurate completion of daily jobs within warehouse. Receive, store, and distribute material and products within the distribution center. Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent required. * A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere, including receiving, pulling orders, packing and shipping required. * Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) required. * Valid driver's license required. Qualifications / Additional Skills /Aptitude: * Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. * Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management. * Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision. * Results-oriented and the ability to motivate and inspire confidence in others, as well as develop relationships. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals, as well as establish and maintain effective work relationships. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a cooler, freezer temperature. The associate is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the work environment are typically moderate to high.
