Responsibilities: The Warehouse Inbound Manager is responsible for the efficient management of all inbound warehouse functions including budget, warehouse conditions, proper inventory levels, food safety requirements, equipment maintenance and training of warehouse staff. The Warehouse Inbound Manager manages labor efficiency to ensure accurate inventory, receiving, and put away of product, in the most cost effective manner. Also, manages all first shift production and loading activity, contingent plan inventory, quality standards and associate staffing. The Warehouse Inbound Manager develops staff and provides leadership as well as serve as an operational resource expert. Qualifications: * High School Diploma required. * Minimum of three (3) years previous warehouse / logistics management experience. * Proficiency with MS Office and RF (Radio Frequency) systems required. Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude: * Bachelor's Degree is preferred. * Excellent grammar, verbal and writing skills. * Strong management skills to develop and set performance standards for driver and support staff. * Strong organization and time management skills. The associate is required to sit. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
