Ready to take your warehouse skills to the next level? We're looking for dynamic, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced team in our NEW Consolidated Service Center (CSC) on the Nampa/Meridian border! In this role, you'll be involved in receiving, shipping, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operations across our warehouse. 

* Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m - 8:00 p.m. (subject to change) 
* Full Time and Part Time positions available

* Collaborating with teams to ensure streamlined warehouse processes.

* Maintaining accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation.

Qualifications

* No education or experience required 

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Six (6) + months' experience in a warehouse environment
* For Receiving Warehouse Associates:
* Loading/Unloading experience 
* Warehouse equipment experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and/or pallet jack riders

* For Fulfillment Warehouse Associates:
* Picking, packing, and shipping order experience.
* Experience unloading, verifying, and stocking incoming shipments using technology and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision, the Warehouse Associate 3 will perform a variety of receiving, shipping, and organizational tasks in a product distribution and warehouse environment. Shipping tasks include picking, packing and shipment of orders. Receiving tasks include breaking down and receipt of truck and common carrier shipments and stocking the received items to warehouse locations. Shipping tasks include order fulfillment, packaging, and staging as well as process/labeling of common carrier shipped orders.

* Accurately and effectively use the operating technology to prepare orders for shipment in accordance with standards.

* Applies skilled level of knowledge to assist in material management activities, such as inventory control, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and locations.

* Collaborate with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the facility, including coordinating with the picking, packing, and shipping teams.

* Validate inventory to verify availability of needed stock and perform routine inventory reconciliation activities resolving problems that are moderately complex.

* Notify and collaborate with supervisor or inventory control teams of shortages or identified discrepancies in the orders for follow-up.

* Applies proficient job knowledge to perform shipping and receiving duties, including inspecting and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, processing documentation, and organizing materials for storage or transport.

* Monitor packaging/shipping material supplies and notify the Distribution Supervisor when materials stocking levels are below targeted stocking levels.

* Using technology and efficient equipment, receive and unload incoming material from trucking or parcel companies and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment according to procedure.

* Unpack, verify, sort, and count inventory received inventory according to the expected standards. Responsible for accurately receiving and recording purchased items.

* Inspect shipments for damages, loss, expiration date or defects, and notify the appropriate personnel for resolution.

* Stock shelves in the warehouse using equipment and technology.

* Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to safely move, load, and unload materials, adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.

* Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies and assisting in the resolution of moderately complex issues to maintain accurate inventory records.

* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to warehouse operations and the handling of materials.

* Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, including packing, labeling, and general maintenance duties.

* May serve as a Lead and mentor to other employees.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
