Job Summary
Provides assistance to the Volunteer Services Department in areas of coordination of volunteer activities,
scheduling, record keeping and general office management. Assists with the day-to-day operations of the
Volunteer Services department along with supporting events, meetings and special assignments. Actively
seeks to promote and maintain professional, team and service-oriented environment. Maintains a
cooperative and positive attitude, meeting the Standards of Behavior and exemplifying the Mission and
Values at all times.

Monday-Friday; can be flexible on the time

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Education Requirements

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Minimum Experience Requirements
Two years of customer service and/or volunteer experience.
Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel Excellent communication, problem-solving and
organizational skills required.
