Responsibilities:
* Provide Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Video support with extensive experience with configuring and troubleshooting VoIP solutions for an enterprise network.
* Must have experience with applying VoIP protocols, VoIP codec, session boarder controller (SBC), and Unified Computing System (UCS) on an enterprise network.
* Willingness to cross train and support multiple technologies in an operational environment including SATCOM, Network, VDI/Virtualization.
* Support the system adherence to industry standards, DOD standards, DOD policies, DOD instructions, DOD directives, cybersecurity policies, and best commercial practices.
* Utilize ticketing systems for detailed documentation of outages and network change activities.
* Provide technical problem resolution for a wide range of voice/network infrastructure problems or anomalies.
Qualifications:
* Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)
* CCNA required
* Education: HS Diploma and 5+ years of experience
