Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Educational Services to join our team!
This role is pivotal in expanding the depth and breadth of educational products and services offered by Devereux Education Strategies and Solutions (DESS) and our national network. The VP of Educational Services will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our educational initiatives and ensuring the highest quality of educational programs.
This opportunity will be reporting to Devereux's SVP and Chief Clinical/Medical Officer, with a dotted line to our Executive Chief Operations Officer.
In this impactful role, you will:
* Lead the expansion of educational products and services, assessing current offerings and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Conduct ongoing assessments of products, sales, and delivery capabilities, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the educational landscape.
* Oversee grant submissions and contracts for consulting and business expansion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Diversify service delivery offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
* Serve as the face of Devereux, leveraging local, regional, and national educational connections, attending and presenting at conferences, and monitoring related state and federal legislation.
* Support Executive Directors in developing and implementing a growth-based education business plan, including recommendations for product and service development, geographic and customer type expansion, and enhancements to delivery capabilities.
* Ensure the quality and outcomes of all internal educational programs, developing and overseeing standards for teachers' professional development, and implementing evidence- and research-based curricula.
* Ensure all requirements are met for acquiring and maintaining applicable licenses, certifications, and accreditations in our educational programs.

Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field required; Doctorate strongly preferred.
* Minimum of five (5) years' leadership and supervisory experience in an educational setting for individuals with behavior disorders and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
* Experience with developing/growing schools, expanding programs and securing new lines of business.
* Oversight of larget budgets and supervisory experience with large teams across multiple sites.
* Multi-state and/or national experience and oversight of educational programs preferred.
* Knowledge of current trends and issues in K-12 education.
* Demonstrated experience with rolling out various creative virtual and on-site billable training programs for customers at a high margin.
* Self-motivated problem solver with a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.
