* Reinvent Compensation - Design flexible, performance-driven compensation structures that motivate, engage, and retain top talent.
* Transform Benefits - Architect modern, competitive benefits programs that support employee well-being and engagement.
* Champion Recognition - Build creative, meaningful recognition initiatives that reinforce our values and celebrate achievements.
* Leverage Data & Insights - Use real-time analytics to measure impact, identify opportunities, and continuously enhance our rewards programs.
* Lead Change - Drive transformational rewards strategies that support our high-growth, dynamic environment.
* Collaborate & Influence - Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to align rewards programs with strategic goals.
* Optimize & Scale - Build scalable bonus, incentive, and executive compensation programs that support our rapid expansion.

Qualifications:

Your Experience

* 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level.
* Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
* Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, modern compensation and benefits solutions.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and best practices in Total Rewards.
* Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new rewards strategies.
* Proficiency with ADP systems, HRIS platforms, and Total Rewards analytics tools.
* Bachelor's degree required; CCP, CEBS, SPHR certifications preferred.
