Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Financial Shared Services & Systems will lead and optimize our financial operations. This executive will oversee financial shared services, including accounts payable and accounts receivable while driving the evolution of financial systems to support business growth and efficiency. The role will work cross-functionally to enhance automation, improve process standardization, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in financial operations, technology integration, and shared services management. Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* 15+ years of experience in financial shared services, financial systems management, or corporate finance leadership.
* Extensive experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and financial process automation.
* 8+ years of leadership experience in managing large teams and cross-functional initiatives.
