Overview: POSITION SUMMARY: The Vascular Technologist follows established policies and procedures, which includes performing and recording vascular diagnostic tests. They obtain information about normal and abnormal anatomy used to diagnose disease and ensure exams are of acceptable quality. They demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience: 1 year training in vascular imaging * Licensure/Certification: Registered as a Registered Vascular Technologist or must take RVT registry and pass within 1 year of hire if not currently registered * American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience: Previous experience as a Vascular Technologist EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Job seekers will be afforded equal opportunity regardless of their race, ethnicity, veteran status or disability status.
