Responsibilities: * Performs radiographic services in accordance with Hospital standards, State and Federal regulations. Demonstrates a full knowledge base of radiographic positioning and technique. Performs routine procedures in a reasonable amount of time. * Verifies the presence of images and accurate documentation in the Picture Achieving Communication System. Assures accuracy of information provided and the quality of images. * Performs vascular/interventional procedures under the direction of the Radiologist. Sets up and breaks down room including but not limited to catheters, guide wires, drapes and other essential equipment. * Participates in the on-going process of CQI via documentation, data collection and customer satisfaction. * Understands and applies good patient relations skills. Assumes responsibility for the provision of physical and psychological needs of the patient during the procedure. * Performs all functions in compliance with standard precautions and infection control policies and procedures. Participates in staff and/or department meetings. * Performs other duties as assigned.
