Overview: Novant Health is seeking a Value Based Performance Coordinator to be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies, standards, programs and practices addressing quality improvement to maximize revenue through departmental initiatives. Partnered with physician and administrative leaders, the Value-Based Performance Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies, standards, programs and practices addressing quality improvement to maximize revenue through department initiatives. Qualifications: * Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field. Graduate Degree preferred. * Experience: Three years progressive leadership experience, preferably in health care setting required. Experience in an administrative, operational, CI or strategic role with Novant Health or other comparable healthcare organization is preferred, with strong financial background. Pay for performance experience preferred. * Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency assessment. Must be collaborative and a team builder. Utilizes servant leadership. Collaborates with the team members and staff, VPs, directors, physicians and other key stakeholders.
