Overview:
Responsible for ensuring accurate billing for guest vehicles while providing excellent customer service and a positive experience to all guests. This position does not involve cash handling.
Responsibilities:
* Handle all cashiering responsibilities.
* Complete and maintain parking garage forms.
* Post parking charges to the Opera system.
* Manage and control guest keys.
* Create and maintain inventory records.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience is required, with hospitality experience strongly preferred.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Excellent communication skills are a must.
* Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, even in inclement weather.
* Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel.
