Responsibilities: * Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. * Greets arriving and departing guests. * Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner. * Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner. * Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures. * Promptly reports any incidents to supervisor. * Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. * Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. Qualifications: * Must possess a valid state Driver's License with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations in the last three (3) years. * Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles. * Must have effective verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English. * Must have excellent customer service skills. * Ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs in order to park and retrieve vehicles as quickly as possible.
