Responsibilities: Parking and retrieval of guest vehicles upon arrival and departure from the property. Role Responsibilities: - Park guests cars upon arrival - Retrieve guests cars upon departure - Answer any questions upon arrival - Providing the highest level of guest service - A thorough knowledge of the property - Train new team members (Valet Attendants only) - Other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: - Ability to operate various motor vehicles - Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission - Ability to perform basic math functions - Excellent communication skills - Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English - Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures - Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues - Learn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques - Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions - Ability to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones. Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Experience in operating various motor vehicles and vehicles with a manual transmissions. Required Certification/License * Valid Michigan Driver's license
