Responsibilities:

SUMMARY

 Supervise the Valet activities and ensure top-notch hospitality experience is provided. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
* Review workflow and staffing levels of Valet staff.
* Conduct daily performance reviews of Valet staff.
* Monitor departmental supplies and requisition as needed.
* Investigate and help resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
* Schedule departmental staff for proper coverage.
* Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of departmental areas of responsibility.
* Monitor the monetary transactions of the Valet Department.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Equivalent to a high school diploma with 2 - 3 years supervisory experience and Valet experience is required. 
* Must have a valid Illinois Drivers License and be able to operate manual and automatic transmission automobiles. 
* This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team.  
* Must understand and speak the English language.
* This position is required to drive guest's vehicles and adhere to the company MVR policy.
* Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends as business needs dictate.
