Overview: Summary of Job: NorthStar is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at Valdosta Orthopedic Associates in Valdosta, GA! 2 CRNAs daily - Full-Time. This is a very independent and autonomous practice, looking for someone with 5 years' experience and some independent practice history. Escalating Base Salary Annually. Rotation between sites that gives you every Friday off weekly, plus 2 days off every 3rd week! Cases include: Orthopedics New GRADs: $200,000 Base Experienced CRNAs: $205,000-245,000k Base. $40,000 Retention Bonus *End of Year Bonus Offered* PTO: 6 weeks Responsibilities: Facility Description: VOA Sports Medicine, Orthopedic & Spine Care has been setting the standards for quality medical care for your sports injuries, back, neck, hip, and knee pain for over 25 years.
