Responsibilities: *Manage a cloud¬based, mission ¬critical, 24x7 production system with stringent uptime requirements *Manage a team of 50+ *Build, motivate, and lead a technical team consisting of developers, QA and Product Managers *Create scable processes *Facilitate and direct technical and architectural decisions *Review code *Set priorities and manage time schedules Qualifications: *A history of mentoring and managing a team of developers, product and QAs *A background in software development and engineering *Experience working with a LAMP stack
