Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Total Rewards will lead KeHE's Total Rewards Centers of Excellence (COEs), playing a pivotal role in driving the strategy and transformation of programs across key areas such as enterprise Compensation, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Management. This role partners with the CHRO and other members of the executive HR team to position HR as a strategic, solutions-oriented partner to the broader KeHE enterprise. Additionally, this leader will serve as a key advisor to the Compensation Committee, ensuring that KeHE's pay practices align with business strategy and support best in class performance across all business units. Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or related field required.
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Finance or similar preferred.
* 12+ years of progressive HR/Total Rewards experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
* Experience with leadership of compensation and benefits strategy for a rapidly growing company.
* Experience with management of large-scale rewards budgets and cost modeling for large workforce.
* Proven success leading HR transformations.
* Experience with stock-based compensations plans.
