As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development within the Latin market in South and Central Florida.

The perfect candidate will have robust analytical and strategic capabilities, along with a background in creating and implementing marketing strategies that enhance revenue growth. In the role of Vice President of Latin Business Development, you will lead and manage the SGA Latin Marketing team and direct agency partnerships within the Latin market.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth within the Latin market in South and Central Florida.
* Lead a comprehensive Latin marketing strategy that drives engagement, acquisition, and retention across key segments.
* Develop a full-funnel marketing approach that leverages data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
* Oversee creative campaigns that target Latin segments, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
* Direct and oversee SGA Lantin Marketing team, offering mentorship, coaching, and growth/development opportunities to facilitate their success.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners in the Latin market space.
* Engage in cross-departmental and property collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Food and Beverage, Events, Operations, and Casino Marketing/Player Development, among others, to achieve alignment and enhance business prospects and opportunities.
* Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize business performance.
* Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
In This Role, You Will:
* Spearhead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the Latin market.
* Provide expert guidance and oversight to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
* Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in Latin marketing, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners to drive business results.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the Latin market in South and Central Florida.
* Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Strong analytical and strategic skills, with expertise in market analysis, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
* Experience working in the gaming or hospitality industry is preferred.
