Responsibilities: Description Train, Advise, Assist, and Integrate IqAF Structural Repair and Corrosion Control Shop operations to improve fleet health and availability. Inspect aircraft and structural components for damage; repair or replace parts to meet safety and operational standards. Apply corrosion control treatments; paint aircraft, missiles, and equipment; mix and apply fiberglass, primers, and paints. Use powered and non-powered tools and equipment; create structural parts using metal forming techniques. Train IqAF on use of technical publications, schematics, and specifications. Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and repair turnaround time. Maintain documentation, collaborate with teams, and fulfill other duties as assigned by Site Management. Qualifications: Qualifications Education: - Highschool Certifications: - A&P certification preferred. Experience: - to 10 years of relevant experience in this specialty field. - USAF 7-skill level (Craftsman) or civilian equivalent with A&P certification preferred. Other Requirements: - U.S. Citizen; eligible for Secret clearance; international experience preferred; able to travel worldwide including Middle East. - Skills and Technology Used: - Structural repair techniques, corrosion control processes, Logistics Management Systems.
