Summary
The Valet Runner is responsible for providing prompt, safe, and courteous parking services for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role supports valet operations by retrieving, parking, and delivering vehicles efficiently while maintaining a high standard of guest service and security.

* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

* Retrieve and park vehicles in a safe and timely manner.

* Assist guests with luggage, packages, and directions as needed.

* Ensure valet tickets and records are accurately managed.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet staging and parking areas.

* Communicate effectively with valet team members and supervisors regarding vehicle locations, keys, and operational updates.

* Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and report any pre-existing damage.

* Follow all safety, security, and traffic control procedures while operating guest vehicles.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally.

* Support other valet and guest services duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Valid driver's license with the ability to meet company driving requirements.

* Previous valet, parking, or guest service experience preferred.

* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to operate vehicles of varying sizes safely.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* Team-oriented and reliable.
