Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the execution of assigned duties.
* Knowledgeable of and adheres to all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
* May assist in the operation of time keeping system.
* Interacts with employees and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
* Ensures departmental compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Responsible for adherence to health and safety regulations; identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel. 
* Supports and maintains Margaritaville courtesy guidelines.
* Promotes outstanding guest relations.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

* Assists with staffing, scheduling, evaluating, training, developing, and monitoring of Valet staff.
* Recommends wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline, and other employment actions for Valet staff.
* Greets arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance, if appropriate.
* Provides accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions which require attention or repair.
* Takes on the role of Valet Supervisor in his/her absence.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
* Valid LA driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Display excellent communication skills, including speaking and understanding English through personal and telephone conversations, reading and writing fluently.
* Ability to drive both automatic and standard vehicles.
* Ability to operate telephone, radio, computer, and calculator.
* Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations required.
