You need 

* 2 ot More Years of Experience as an Automotive Mechanic is Preferred. 
* ASE Certifications, and Automotive Technical Degrees is also Preferred
* A Positive & Friendly Attitude
* Tools based on your experience
* Previous experience as a Automotive Mechanic in a shop setting. Dealership is a PLUS!
* Basic Computer Skills
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Must have a Valid Driver's License
