Responsibilities:
Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our team in Bakersfield, California. If you're eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!
Practice Highlights:
* Bread and butter Urology practice
* Join an experienced urologist and a network of skilled urologists, sharing a 1:7 hospital call schedule
* Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system
* Emphasis on high-quality care over patient volume
* Dedicated medical assistant (MA) team for efficient workflow
* Collegial and collaborative work environment
* Opportunity to precept medical students and help shape the next generation of physicians
Available Resources:
* RN triage support during after-hours and weekends
* Dedicated marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community
Compensation and Benefits:
* Student loan assistance
* Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee of $400,000 - $475,000 per year
* Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Qualifications:
* MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
* A valid and unrestricted California medical license
* DEA Certification
