We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Urologist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Urological disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. * PRN position based at St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor, WA, a 112 bed Level III trauma center * This position is to help with call coverage. Weekends are Friday 5p - Monday 7a. Weekday options available in 24 hour shifts. * Coverage locations include Pierce County hospitals (St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Anthony Hospital and St. Clare Hospital). * Robots available onsite. * Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general Urology cases * Gig Harbor is located on the peninsula in Kitsap County which is surrounded by water in every direction, mountains, beautiful landscapes and fresh air. Qualifications: Required * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution * Board certification or eligibility in Urology * Active or eligible license in the state of Washington * Strong clinical skills with experience in general Urology * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families
