Qualifications: * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution * Board certification or board eligible in Urology from the American Board of Urology. * Oregon medical license and DEA certificate * Specialty training at an ACGME accredited facility. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
