Responsibilities: Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is looking for a dedicated Urgent Care Physician to join our exceptional healthcare team in the vibrant coastal community of Santa Cruz, CA. Opportunity Highlights: * Full-time Urgent Care position in a coastal, lifestyle-focused community * Join a mission-driven team with a strong culture of humankindness and mutual support * Outpatient, non-emergent care setting with 132 shifts/year * Emphasis on quality of care over quantity * Teaching opportunity: precept advanced practice providers and residents * Collegial work environment with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance * Salary Range: $301,876 annually + productivity incentives * Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40k * Relocation Assistance: Up to $20k * Shareholder Track * PSLF Eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) * Comprehensive health benefits including 100% employer-paid medical and dental for you and your family * Malpractice insurance * Generous paid time off * 401(k) plan with employer matching * Employer-sponsored pension plan * CME allowance of $2,000 annually Qualifications: * A valid and unrestricted California medical license * Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) * Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
