Responsibilities: This RN is a professional caregiver who: * Is responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center. * As a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. * Will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Urgent Care Center. * Focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Cherry Hill and surrounding areas. (This is a new model) * Has excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required. References in these areas are a must. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills.
